Job Descriptions:

  • Work on a complete end-to-end recruitment process as prescribed in the Recruiting Policy and Procedure with hiring managers and related HR counterparts.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with hiring managers and/or relevant stakeholders in creating and executing recruitment action plans, from clarifying job descriptions, developing sourcing plans, job posting, interview planning, up to successful placement.
  • Perform various sourcing methods to attract talent and network with potential candidates, including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
  • Deploy and use job-appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview methodologies to assess prospective employees and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job fitness, organizational culture considerations, and other requirements and competencies.
  • Coordinate and consult with the compensation & benefits team regarding candidate salary information and offer proposals, and communicate approved offers to candidates appropriately.
  • Gather and manage all data associated with the recruitment process (e.g., candidate information, interview process details, offer information, due diligence documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with company guidelines while maintaining confidentiality of personal and sensitive data.
  • Ensure data integrity by accurately and timely encoding all information in the Recruitment Technology (SAP SuccessFactors), including information accuracy on each Personnel Requisition and updated job postings.
  • Ensure the recruitment process flow complies with agreed Service Level Agreements, keeping the process moving forward efficiently.
  • Prepare data for external (e.g., Disnaker Report) and internal (e.g., user regular update) recruitment reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Actively participate in Employer Branding activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant major, such as Psychology, Management, or Communication, from a reputable university.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes in manufacturing companies, preferably in the petrochemical/chemical industry.
  • Preferably experienced in hiring technical/engineering positions in the last 2 years; prior experience in a headhunting agency is an added value.
  • Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in conducting behavioral event interview methods and using psychological assessment tools.
  • A team player with initiative and strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective teamwork with hiring managers across multiple departments.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • This position is offered on a contract basis (1 year).
