Job Description:

• Import Export Management: Ensure the smooth export and import process of medical devices according to regulations, document accuracy (invoice, packing list, delivery note, customs documents), and effective communication with Customs for goods clearance.
• You are also responsible for staying up to date with changes in medical device regulations and import/exit tariffs, as well as compiling and updating export-import SOPs.
• KITE Facility Management: Manage the Export Purpose Import Facility (KITE) facility, ensure compliance with requirements, monitor utilization, and accuracy of documentation until the reimbursement process.
• Shipping Management: Arrange domestic and international shipments by selecting efficient transportation modes, supervising expedition services for on-time and budget delivery, and negotiating with suppliers and shipping companies.
• You will also manage the complex Customs Clearance process for medical devices and assist in resolving logistics issues.
• Supervision & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate shipping performance and compliance with export-import documents, then compile reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the field of import export, with specific experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Deep understanding of import export regulations, customs, Incoterms, HS Code, and especially the regulations of the Ministry of Health/BPOM related to medical devices.
• Have strong negotiation skills with PPJK freight forwarders, customs, shipping lines, other related agencies, and logistics partners.
• Have active English skills both verbally and in writing.
• Familiar with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software.
• Have good interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Able to perform data analysis, problem solving, and quick decision making.
• Have high accuracy and integrity in working.
• Active in 5S and lean manufacturing activities is an added value.
• Skilled in coordinating with various internal and external parties (Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Health, BKPM, KADIN, etc.).
• Located in Kopo Katapang (Bandung Regency).
