  • Comfort engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers; construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Consistent top-performer with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing renewal cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good regional knowledge of Southeast Asia; cross-border experience is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
