Responsibilities
- Configuring, setting up, deploying, and maintaining application infrastructure to meet the First Party’s requirements.
- Contributing to the development and ongoing maintenance of the First Party’s Enterprise Architecture.
- Configuring and monitoring network and application infrastructure within cloud providers.
- Configuring and maintaining key infrastructure components when necessary, such as:
- Identity and Access Management
- Web Application Firewall (WAF) & Reverse Proxy
- Anti-DDoS
- Load Balancer
- Kubernetes
- Istio/Service Mesh Control Plane
- API Gateway
- Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
- Databases (as backup for DevOps Engineer and Application Hosting Integration team)
- Setting up supporting infrastructure for security configurations, including:
- Firewall Devices
- Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
- Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS)
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- SMTP Relay
- Directory Services Management
- OS and DB Clustering
- Other components ensuring infrastructure reliability
- Maintaining and monitoring the health status of the cloud infrastructure across two cloud providers: GCP and AWS.
- Creating documentation for infrastructure, operational support, and related materials to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in roles as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Has operated infrastructure for at least two (2) systems/applications in the role of Infrastructure Engineer, with both having gone Go-Live.
- Having prior experience as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer is considered a plus.
- Understands technologies and concepts related to Application Infrastructure, including:
- Firewall Devices
- Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
- Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS)
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Rule-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- SMTP Relay and Directory Services Management
- OS and Database Clustering
- Source Code Repository
- CI/CD Pipelining Tools
- Docker/Containers, Kubernetes
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- API Gateway
- Web Application Firewall (WAF)
- Reverse Proxy
- Anti-DDoS
- Load Balancer
- Istio/Service Mesh Control Plane
- Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
- Databases
- Application Performance Management (APM)
- Self-motivated and keeps up with the latest developments in Application Infrastructure and supporting components.
- Able to act as a strategic counterpart to the First Party, driving improvements in infrastructure services and technology.
- Strong communication skills in professional settings, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A team player with strong analytical thinking skills, able to understand problems and provide effective solutions.
- Prior experience as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer is a plus.
