What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and coordinate the purchasing activities for various materials, equipment, and services required by the management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and pricing to optimize cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements and facilitate the timely procurement of necessary materials
- Oversee the work of purchasing assistants and clerks, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure operational efficiency
- Implement and improve procurement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance the overall purchasing function
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives to drive long-term cost savings and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the property and real estate industry
- Demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and inventory control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address procurement challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Proficient in the use of procurement software and data analysis tools. Knowledge of IFCA system is preferable
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in purchasing field
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field
- Ready to be placed in AKR GEM City, Manyar, Gresik
